A vibrant community of artists in the Orangeville, Ontario area.
Hospital Art Rotation
NEXT HOSPITAL ROTATION will be on SATURDAY, July 13th, 2019. Each changeover is from 9:30 – 11:00 am at the Headwaters Health Care Centre, and please arrive within this time frame. Mark the dates on your calendars.
If you have paintings hanging in the Hospital, please make sure you come during the allotted time on this day to pick up your work. If you are not able to come it is your responsibility to have someone else pick up your paintings. If for any reason you are not able to pick up your work, you MUST contact me via email or phone & let me know. Otherwise there will be a $10 per day storage fee payable to the Orangeville Art Group.
A BRIEF OVERVIEW OF HOW THE HOSPITAL ART ROTATIONS WORK:
1) All paintings must be for sale, and there is a commission of 30% on all sales. When artwork is sold the artist can replace sold work with a new piece to hang on the wall.
2) All members may show one to two works of art at this location each with a maximum dimension of 24 inches (approx.) (minimum 12 inches). Alternatively, members may bring one larger painting with a maximum dimension of 36 inches. All art must be ready to hang, with a secure wire hanging system; the wire must be positioned so that the wire is not visible when the painting is hung on the wall. If you have time to assist with the hanging, that would be very welcome.
If you have any questions, please ask Linda Robertson at email: linnetics@gmail.com If you have work already hanging please make sure you come during the allotted time on this day to pick up your work.
